Join the Africa Sustainable movement

The Spekboom project launched by SATSA in July 2019 sparked hundreds of actions on planting cuttings of the South African miracle plant. This has lead to a number of businesses wanting to partner with us on projects and handouts across the country with the latest being the Hermanus Whale Festival. We welcome all partnerships no matter if its 10 cuttings or 1 million that you want to see planted in your personal capacity or company name. We aim to plant 5'000 to 10'000 cuttings that will be the parent stock for millions of plants in the future. You are our partner in the Africa Sustainable project.

Wild Lubanzi Backpackers

Wild Lubanzi hosts the tree nursery and the spekboom project. All trees are grown in pots on their premises and later planted out.

SATSA

SATSA purchased 600 Spekboom cuttings to be handed out as carbon-offsetting gifts at their annual conference in July 2019.

Internat Schloss Bieberstein

The German boarding school raised funds to initialize the tree nursery at Wild Lubanzi. A group of students helped to build the nursery and plant the first trees at the local preschool.
